Enterprise Partners worked with public and private partners in the following ways:
Research and Advocacy: We believe in evidence-based decision making. We therefore conducted research and in-depth market analyses to inform industry stakeholders on constraints, best practice solutions, policy implications and sector strategies.
Facilitating and connecting: We forged useful partnerships and coordination amongst public and private stakeholders aimed at facilitating and achieving business and development goals. EP played a facilitative role by convening working groups, national steering committees, events and communities of practice to deliver on sustainable and market-driven pro-poor outcomes.
Risk sharing new ideas: We provided technical and financial assistance to encourage innovation addressing critical constraints in the sectors. We focused on developing sustainable business cases that are nationally scalable and supported the practical implementation nationally.
